A classic black cotton jacket that features a highly embroidered smocked bodice.

The soft gathers of the bodice fall seamlessly to hem as selvegde , lined with cotton black and white checks which peek out below, providing layers at the hem. The round neck and bodice fasten with three over the long woven sleeves, that resolve at selvedge.

The sleeves can be rolled to reveal the reverse check. The jacket, fully lined in the handwoven cotton check, can be reversed. There are two side slit pockets.

This jacket can be worn open, or buttoned up, and layers perfectly over our Neel Dresses and Slips.

Length of sleeve from underarm: 50 cm
Width at underarm laid flat: 51 cm
